Here is how to prepare the honey and milk sleep remedy.
Ingredients are:
- 6 oz. of milk
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. honey
How to prepare:
1. In a small saucepan, pour the the milk and heat until warm.
2. Carefully transfer the milk in a glass.
3. Add the vanilla extract and honey. Gently mix and drink before you go to sleep.
A couple of notes to take:
For lactose-intolerant individuals, you may substitute the milk with lactose-free milk such as almond milk or soy milk. Taking this amazing remedy at night will help you sleep faster, so make sure you give it a try.
